At Parijatha Sarees, we carefully process every order to ensure it reaches you safely and on time. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days, while international orders usually arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, have manufacturing defects, or if an incorrect item is delivered. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and must include a continuous unboxing video, supporting photographs, and your order details. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original packaging and tags. Returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, color variations due to screen settings, or sale/customized products are not eligible. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, while approved exchanges are dispatched after successful quality inspection.
